How do I find out to which VinMotion server a customer is connected?

This should be done if something strange is happening in VinMotion, like the inventory has disappeared or a screen looks radically different from normal. From the problem screen, replace the URL in the Address bar with the URL below: https://vinmotion.vehicledata.com/server.txt Press enter and the server address will appear on the screen where the VinMotion page was displaying. Include the server address with a screenshot of the problem (if possible) when escalating the issue.
