How do I escalate an issue to Hardware?
If we need to escalate issues to Hardware, use only ds-hardware@drivedominion.com and DO NOT copy Neil, Gurdeep, or the franchise (rep or owner). Franchises are trying to circumvent Support on anything and everything (hardware related or not). The ds-hardware@drivedominion.com address is an internal only address so we force the franchises to reach out to support first and escalate if required. Once issues are forwarded to the hardware email address, let the person with the issue know hardware support will be reaching out.
