How do I edit my Call Tracking information in the CLP portal?
When logged into the Craig's List Premium backend, you can click the Settings icon (the gear icon underneath the "View Report" button. Select "Call Tracking & SMS", which is in the Classified Communications section on the right side of the settings screen. From the Call Tracking screen you can see exactly how calls get routed, make changes to contact info, and edit other Call Tracking related settings. Each dealership has a unique call tracking number which is published on all of their Craig's List ads. Calls to this number are routed to a specific salesperson's phone or default dealership phone. Each ad has a unique extension that matches the vehicle to the caller information, so even if the call is missed the sales team has enough information to pursue the lead. All calls are recorded. Audio playback is available for review.
