How do I do a photo count override

In RapidLot Mobile, on the vehicle's photo tab there is a slider in the top right of the image reel labeled "Count Override" Screenshot_4.png Slide the switch to the right and it will open a pop up window for you to select why you are not taking the correct amount of images based on the warranty criteria. Select the appropriate reason and hit OK. Screenshot_5.png Selecting Pre-detail will allow it to charge for short shoots/Pre-Detail if Pre-Detail is set up in Billing. Any other selection will allow it to charge full price for the photo set.
