How do I clear cache for RapidLot in the tablet through Knox Manage?

These steps will allow Support to clear cache for the RL app: Login to Knox>Click on Device>Find IMEI in list>Device Command>Application>Delete app data>locate and select RapidLot in the list>OK. This will delete the app's cache but won't delete the app or the app data.
