How do I cancel DS Mobile service?

DS Mobile service is canceled in the Service Wizard of IVM. That cancellation sends an automated email to the Client Implementation team who notifies the vendor to cancel the service at that end. The rep can check the status from DS Insight under Orders -> DS Mobile.
