How do I cancel Craig's List Premium service?

CLP service has to be canceled through DS Insight, where the service is ordered. If the rep cancels in DIS, it will not stop the service. The procedure is: 1. In DS Insight, go to the Toolbox tab and select CLP Orders. 2. Account Type should be set to COS or DS Franchise (whichever applies). Process Type should be set to CLP Cancel. Fill out the rest of the form with the appropriate information then click Save. NOTE: The service will still show active until the end of the month. This is because CLP listings for the month are pre-paid based upon the budget set by the dealer. This ensures that the dealer gets all listings for which they have paid.
