How do I add Vehicle Comments to a vehicle in VinMotion?

Input from the Inventory tab (Comments View) or Vehicle Details page. Search for the desired Stock #, enter the comments in the box to the right of the vehicle description then click Save. (Comments can be edited for several vehicles before saving on the Comments view. Just make sure to save every few minutes to avoid having the session time out (it will time out after 60 minutes).

Another option for a single vehicle is to pull up the Vehicle Details page for the desired vehicle. Select the Merchandising tab and update the Comments box there. Click Save after making the changes.
