How do I add or update the lead emails for a Powerlink?

For a dealership user: ----------------------------- * In IVM, click Settings then select Powerlinks on the left side of the Settings page. * Go to the 'Dealer' tab. * In the Lead Management section, put in the email address, select the Inventory Type, select the Lead Format. (The Referral ID is only used for 3rd Party CRM providers - some require and account number). * Click "Add Lead" to add any additional email addresses. * Click Save. For a field rep: ------------------- *Log onto DS Insight and select the Powerlinks Settings" tab. * Select your Franchise number and Dealership from the drop-down box at the upper right of the page. * Once the dealership information loads, the Lead Management section should display. The email address, inventory type (all, new, used), and lead format (Text or ADF/XML) can be edited. * Click Add Lead to add an additional email address. * Click Save. Note: changes made in IVM or Insight will be duplicated in the other system.
