How can I pull up a Carfax report for a vehicle in VinMotion?

Carfax service has to be active for the dealership and there has to be a report available for that vehicle. Go to the Inventory tab and select the vehicle to get to the Vehicle Details Page. Click on the History tab. Click on 'View Carfax' to display the report. If the you get a popup asking if you want to purchase the report, it means there is no active report for that vehicle. (Carfax reports typically expire after 90 days.) ** If multiple vehicles are getting the popup or the History tab does not show the Carfax option, check System Preferences -> Criteria. No Carfax tab there means the service is not ordered. If the tab is there, verify that the account information is correct. If it is correct, escalate the issue.
