How can I order a splash page? (update 9/9/13)

The splash page is ordered by the field rep through Quickbase. The order page is at this link - https://xigroup.quickbase.com/db/bh3mxmn5e (no logon is required). If the rep can't access the Quickbase page, he/she will need to fill out the Splash Page Order form and email or fax it in. The Order form is attached to this article. NOTE: Splash Page setups can take up to 10 business days. Once the setup is complete, a proof will be sent to the dealer for approval before the site is made live.
