How can I get my inventory and photos sent to a new website?

There are two ways to accomplish this:

Method 1

You can order the feed yourself through your own IVM account.

1. Log onto IVM and go to the Data tab.

2. Select the "Feed Status" tab.

3. Put your cursor on the green Actions button and click "Add Distribution". This will bring up the Distribution page.

4. On the "Distribution" page, there is a "Partner" drop-down box with a list of data partner names. Select the name of the data partner from the list. (If it is not listed, select 'Other'.)

5. If the data partner requires a DP# or TR# to be included in the feed, put this number in the "Alternate ID" box. (Some data partners requiring the alternate ID are GM Certified, GM NonCertified, Ford, Chrysler.)

6. If the data partner doesn't appear in the "Partner" drop-down list, put the name of the website to be added in the "Message" box.

7. Click the Save button to submit the order.

Method 2

Your local Dealer Specialties representative can also place the order for you. Either way the order is submitted, it will take 24-48 hours for the feed to be set up. If you order through IVM, you will received an email confirmation when the order is completed. If your rep orders the feed, he/she will get the email confirmation.
