How can a DIY dealer view options for multiple vehicles without going into Edit for each one?

Have the dealer go to the Vehicles tab in IVM. Make sure the Status drop-down is set to Active, then select Options from the View drop-down. This brings up a page which displays current options for each vehicle.

If options need to be edited for a vehicle, click on the vehicle title to get to the Details page. There is an Options link to the left of that page which will take you to a page where options can be added or removed.

If there are no options at all for the vehicle, hover over the vehicle title and select Mapping. Click the button in the Data One box on the Mapping page. You will be asked to enter the Year, Make, Model, Trim, and Style of the vehicle. Select any applicable options in the Optional Features section then click Save. The vehicle will re-VIN decode and the VIN-decoded options and any selected Optional Features will apply.
