How can a DIY dealer add vehicle comments for multiple vehicles without going into Edit for each one?

Have the dealer go to the Vehicles tab in IVM. Select 'Comments' under the 'View' drop-down box. This will bring up a list of the dealership inventory with a 'comments' box to the right of each one. Existing comments will display in the box. The Ad Writer link is available to the right of each vehicle as well (if the dealer has that service).

The dealer can add/edit comments for every vehicle on the page then click Save to save all the edits at once.

NOTES:

  • The application will time out after 60 minutes. We recommend saving every few minutes to avoid losing any comments.

  • This function is also available from the Dashboard Page (Vehicles Without Comments) but only displays vehicles for which no comments have been entered.
