Hardware initial tablet setup

If asked to assist Hardware with the setup of new tablets in preparation for shipment to the field, the steps are below: 1. Open up the box and remove the back cover of the tablet. 2. Insert the battery and close the cover. Put the protective case on the tablet. 3. Power on the tablet (the 2nd button to the right of the volume toggle button). 4. After the tablet loads, click Start, accept All, then connect to wi-fi. Network name: Dealerspecialties5g Password: DSp@ssw0rd() 5. The tablet will update once connected. When that is complete, accept the terms again (you'll have to click 'accept' more than once. It will go to a Knox login page (you may have to swipe up). The Username will be F##@dealerspecialties.com and the Password will be Dealer##! (## for both will be replaced with the City code for the Market). 6. Once logged in you will be prompted to set a PIN/Password. Continue and select PIN from the menu. Use PIN number 2580. 7. Once the PIN is set, power off the tablet. Hardware will record the serial numbers and box them up for shipment.
