Graphic Credit duplicates in RapidLot

In Autostik graphic credits are added to photos and are uploaded with photo uploads from the laptop. In Rapidlot graphic credits are implemented through rules. The first time a rule for graphic credit is made active, the rule applies Graphic Credits once for every vehicle that meets the criteria set up in the rule. Since it does not know which vehicle has the credits before (from AutoStik) and which do not, it will apply it once for existing vehicles which would cause the duplication and once those vehicles cycle through everything should be fine. For markets where this duplication of graphic credits is a big issue, the following are the 2 workarounds available at this time 1) If a dealer is small enough, you can add a rule, make it active and for the vins that have duplication - you can remove all graphic credit images in vinmotion application and save them. when the rules are applied again this will put the graphic credits back in the correct position as the vehicle has no graphic credits. 2) If a dealer is a large dealer, please get a list of vins from the product team that needs to be excluded from the rule. Then while adding the rule, add these list of vins to the VIN exclusion criteria.
