GMiMR (D2C2) feed setup

After the dealership is added to the feed in PartnerLink, an escalation needs to be sent up to a T2 so they can finalize the setup. GM won't see the inventory until this is done. Required information: Dealership Name Lot Key BAC ID Confirmation that it is already set up in PartnerLink
