Gallery folders/Photos missing on Pixel Devices for VinMotion App

VinMotion does not have access to photos stored on the cloud/Google Drive. Empty photo folders are filtered out by default in VinMotion App. Photos stored on the cloud will not show in the folders, therefore, filtering out the folders. This will cause the folders and photos to not display within the VinMotion app. What the user could do is download a file manager from the Play Store. The Devs personally use an app called "FX File Explorer" (there is a free version). Using FX, they can look in "Main Storage > Pictures" to see what photos are on their device. Alternatively, an easier way to tell is to go into Photos app, select a photo than in the top right, open the overflow menu (the 3 vertical dots). If it has "Download" listed, the photo is not on the device; if it has "Delete from device", then it on the device and should appear in VinMotion. Screenshots attached showing this.
