Fields in Vehicle Data are grayed out (not editable)

When a rep can't edit vehicles in Vehicle Data for a dealership because the fields are grayed out, the lot may be set as a Photo Only Lot. Exit Vehicle Data and bring up Dealer Data. Go to the Photo 1 tab. Make sure "Photos Only, No Vehicles" is not checked in the Photograph Defaults section of the page. If it is checked, un-check the option and save.
