eVN photos didn't apply - how to I get them to update?
eVN photos won't apply if the VIN isn't active in our system yet or if there are already actual photos on the vehicle (stock or temporary photos will be replaced automatically). If there are already actual photos attached to the vehicle, they will need to be deleted. The eVN imagery import process is automatic and photos will be requested daily for vehicles that (1) meet the approved make/model criteria and (2) have placeholder photos, stock photos, or no photos.
