(*see Parature tickets 924029 & 926979) App Version: 3.0208 Object name: clsBilling Sub/Fct nme: ExportForBilling Line number: 0 Error Number: 91 Error Description: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. SOLUTION: Please Note: This is not intended as a full fix, these steps do NOT upload invoice data. Attempt to Mass Bill vehicles after deleting these files and re-downloading employee data. Attempt one more upload. Reference DSPSPT-1758 ------------------------------------------------- *UPDATE* Attempt to redownload employee data before following the steps below. 1. Open Autostik 2. Download Employee Data 3. Close Autostik 4. Move 6 files from the CARS folder, C:\CARS\ASBillDTL3.files and C:\CARS\ASBillHDR3.files to an alternate location. (3 files each) 5. Open ASW and try uploading now. 6. If the upload goes through, you can delete the files is step 4
