Error 57 - "Access to C:\CARS denied"

Attempt restarting the computer first, if this does not work, follow the steps below. 1. Set C:\Cars and C:\AS as exclusions in the Avast Anti-Virus program: https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB168 2. If step 1 does not work, temporarily put turn off Avast Shields Control. (either right click on the Avast icon in the bottom tray or turn it off by manually opening Avast) 3. If steps 1 & 2 don't work, make sure the user account has Administrative access on the laptop. 4. Make sure there is enough space on the laptop that the current CARS folder can be duplicated (i.e. if the current folder is 3GB there needs to be at least 3GB free space on laptop). 5. If 1, 2, 3, & 4 don't correct the issue, rename the CARS folder and re-run the SetupASWNet.exe file in the AS folder. (NOTE: any vehicles entered since the last upload will be lost and will need to be re-entered.) 6. Make sure the .NET features are turned on (Windows)
