For a Franchisee: Check under Tools -> Options -> Invoice to see if the "Upload Invoices - To DS HQ Server" box is checked. If it is, un-check the box and save. Have them try uploading again. For COS - this box is automatically checked & grayed out. You shouldn't get this error for a COS.
