Error 2146234344 - "DotNet35FWWrapper.dll Transition Tool Is Not Available"

This error comes up when Autostik launches. If the rep clicks OK to get past the error and logs in, the Upload and Download options in the File menu will be grayed out. Uninstall and reinstall .NET Framework 3.5 then reboot the laptop. This should fix the issue. NOTE: .NET Framework 4.0 is not compatible with Autostik as of 4/18/11.
