Error 13 "Conversion from string "

We've seen this error come up right after the rep logs into AutoStik the first thing each morning. After the first logon of the day, the error didn't repeat with subsequent logons. (Closing AutoStik then logging back in is a short-term workaround.) To fix the issue: Remote into the laptop and get a copy of the rep's Audit 2 log from the C:\CARS\Logs folder. Save it to your desktop. Open the file in Notepad on a full screen. This should display 1 line per entry with the date at the far left. Scroll through the file and look for any blank spaces before the date or any blank lines. Blank spaces before the date need to be deleted so all dates are in the left-most position. Blank lines should also be deleted. Once this is done, save the file then replace the rep's file with your corrected copy. NOTE: the Audit2 file may be large. You may have to let the rep go and schedule a time to remote back in and replace the file.
