DS360 move to RapidLot from CARScore app

This is being done to help simplify the shooting process, reduce the number of apps required for daily use, and to support our plan to remove the CARScore application, which is currently being used to capture 360 spins. This change is currently live with our Alpha and Beta groups and will be released to all tablets Saturday evening on December 13th. The CARScore mobile application will be disabled by end-of-day Wednesday, December 17th - this means that the CARScore app will no longer be an option for DealerSpin360. As of this upcoming Monday the 15th, we recommend that all 360 spins are shot using the tablet via the new RapidLot process. How it works: Dealerships with the DealerSpin360 product will have a tab within RapidLot labeled '360'. This tab is being modified to support capturing 360 spins. Training materials can be found within the RapidLot User Guide and Product Info site, under the DS360 Training page, found here: https://sites.google.com/dealerspecialties.com/dsrapidlotproductinfo/ds360/ds360-training The 360 Spin process has been simplified as well: Exterior capture: simply walk around the vehicle, keeping the vehicle inside of the visual guides. Interior capture: connect directly to your Ricoh Theta camera or select from the device�s gallery. The interior cockpit photo requires use of the Ricoh Theta camera. There is an optional interior rear photo that can be taken with the Ricoh Theta as well. There are no additional photos to take beyond that. Feature identification and hotspot placement: Feature identification is done automatically after upload using DataOne VIN decode data. Feature photos are no longer required. Offline support: There is no need to be online during the process. Dealer and vehicle data needed for DealerSpin360 is downloaded ahead of time. Uploads will happen alongside all other uploads and will be more reliable.
