Close out of Autostik. * For Windows 7 users, go to Start, then type in Cmd, then right click on cmd and click on Run as Administrator and when the box opens up paste in the following: regsvr32 C:\AS\MSXml4.DLL * For Windows XP users, go to Start, Run, then Paste it in and hit Enter. Now, go to the Operation Control menu and download Employee Data. Once complete, log into Autostik and upload. You should no longer be receiving errors. If this does not work, go to Tools and select Options. On the FTP tab, replace the Server ID with either asftp.vehicledata.com or ftplb.vehicledata.com and try the upload again.
