Does AutoTrader limit the number of photos we send them for vehicles? (update 1/20/17)

Dealers negotiate their contract with Autotrader for a certain number of vehicles to go into the premier tier which will post photos. Once they have used their quota of premier tier listings, vehicles will no longer post photos and the contract needs to be renegotiated.
