DIY photo upload to VinMotion (Desktop) for a single vehicle.

For Desktop: Select the vehicle from the Inventory page. This will bring up the Vehicle Details page. Go to the Photos & Video tab and click on the Add/Delete/Reorder tab on that page. Note: if there are existing photos, any photos you upload will append to the existing photos. If you want to replace existing photos, click the Select All button. This will highlight all existing photos. A Delete button will appear above the photos. Click Delete then Save to remove all existing photos. To remove some of the photos, put your cursor over the photo and click the X in the lower right corner of the image then click Save. When you're ready to upload, click the Upload button. You will get a popup 'Add Images' window. You can either use the green '+Add more files' button to search for the photos on your computer or you can drag the photos to the white 'Drop files here...' box. When all the vehicle photos are selected (the maximum is 100), click the black Upload button. It will take several seconds to upload the photos into the system. Once the upload completes, click the black Close button to exit the Add Images window. You should see the uploaded images on your screen. You can drag the photos on this page to change the order. Once they are in the correct order, click the black Save button. NOTE: Although the images show on your screen, they will still need to process through the system, which can take up to an hour. If you log off VinMotion and back on, it may appear that the photos reverted back. They will display correctly once the processing is completed.
