Dealership wants to cancel CDK/ADP DMS polling but Online Polling Form won't let them change the source

Please note: there are two possible CDKs - Cobalt (CDK Digital Marketing, a webhost, inventory manager and CRM) and CDK/ADP the DMS. These instructions are strictly for CDK/ADP. (INTERNAL USE ONLY) As a part of our CDK certification, we have to keep close records on everything done for CDK polling. To switch off of CDK/ADP polling onto another source, an e-mail must be sent to inventory@drivedominion.com. To cancel Polling completely, send to ds-cancellations@drivedominion.com and cc: inventory@drivedominion.com (as of 2/13/2018, this is for franchisees and COS as the option to cancel is not in Quickbase, but you may want to check with a team lead for the most up to date information). Once CDK/ADP polling has been confirmed as cancelled, the form will be unlocked and the dealership/rep can proceed as normal with switching their source.
