Dealer's inventory or photos missing from data partner site.

  1. Check DSPlus and verify that there are no Accounting blocks on the account (ND in the Export Code field) or other blocks (NE, NN). If it is an Accounting block, refer the dealer to Accounting.
  2. Check the Data Distribution - verify the dealer is in the data feed and no Block Date or Disable Date is showing.
  3. Pull up the latest data feed and search for the dealer's inventory. If it is there, the inventory informaton was sent. The data partner may still be processing the information or may not be using our feed. At this point, you would need to call the data partner to confirm.
