Dealer.com video API

Dealer.com uses an API from Flick Fusion to update Live Video. Dealer.com API dealer are set up the same as any other video customer. That only difference is that Flick needs to be notified to enable the API on their end and have us as the source. We can set DDC as the source and Flick can enable the API, however, there can be a conflict if Flick has a different source as the video provider. We can't see this information in the portal and only Flick can. The dealer has to request that DDC looks to DS. But saving the buttons, adjusting the music and all the usual things T2s can do, that's the same. We just don't send DDC the code and email Flick and DDC so the API is enabled.
