Dealer needs a one time import of data and photos, what do we do?

One time imports are not handled by polling. They are handled by support. Files may be e-mailed in, or, if sent to our FTP servers, we need to know the location and ID. Files need to be in an acceptable format such as CSV. If you have any questions about the viability of a file, please ask a team lead. Files must be escalated for import. The official time line is 1-2 business days.
