Dealer logged into VinMotion to update the Online Polling Form, but it isn't there.
Check the dealership account in DS Insight on the Polling tab. If it says 'No Polling setup for this dealer', the Polling order may still be in progress. Check with OnBoarding to verify whether they got the order. If the Polling service has been ordered, there should be a Polling tab in VinMotion on the System Preferences -> Applications page. This tab is for the Online Polling Form, which needs to be filled out by the dealership or the Market Manager before Polling service can be activated. After the OPF is submitted, there is generally a 2-3 day turnaround while settings are being implemented . Once that is done, a test file will be generated and sent to the dealership and Market Manager for verification. When they verify and approve the file, Polling service will be activated.
