Dealer eProcess feed setup

PGI has split off from DealerEProcess. In doing so the XML data feed that is going to PGI became unavailable to DealerEProcess which caused some issues. The product team has created a workaround so that the PGI XML file is duplicated and also sent to DEP. This occurs behind the scenes and can not be seen in PartnerLink. When we receive a feed request from DEP, add the dealer to all 3 feeds below: DealerEProcess (PK: 4301) DealerEProcess CSV (PK: 5513) PGIAutoDealerEProcess (PK:5180)
