Dealer and/or Rep and/or Manufacturer says we are having a compliance issue of some kind
If the dealer, rep, or manufacturer is saying we are having a compliance related issue (such as warranty information, incorrect verbage, etc.) we need to escalate these issues. However, in order to better serve, we need to have some kind of evidence of the compliance infraction. If the compliance related issue has to do with the manufacturer (such as warranty information) we need to have something from the manufacturer specifying the exact standards. If the compliance issue is something legal related (such as buyers guides), please include any relevant information that you may have been supplied by the dealer or rep and escalate.
