Data Partner FTP change requests

Tier 1 -------- This is an escalation. Include the Data Partner's name and Partner Key, the existing FTP information (from the FTP tab after you pull them up in PartnerLink), and the new FTP information from the request. This needs to be a written request - we can't take it over the phone. Tier2/3 ------------ Make sure you have the correct existing FTP information in case the change has to be reverted back. Change the FTP information in PartnerLink. Create a DevOps ticket for the Feeds team (in case they have to finalize the change at their end). Provide them with the new FTP information, flag Todd Glass in the devops ticket, assign the devops to yourself and set the Triage field in the ticket to "Triaged" (this keeps the ticket from sitting in their queue and extra devs from dipping in).
