Below are the necessary steps, as well as the process for reporting problems. NOTE: dealers do not need a package for this service. They can have their inventory updated by a 3rd party provider. 1. Log onto QuickBase and go to the DS - New & Lost Accounts page. 2. Under Setup Information for the dealership, set the Service Type drop-down box to "CraigsList Only" and the CraigsList drop-down to the appropriate service level. Click on "Click Here To Create A New CLP Order Form" next to CLP Order Form. 3. The CLP order form will load. Fill in the requested information and click Save. If you encounter problems with the Order Form, please contact Dealer Specialties Technical Support. Please make note of any information that might be of assistance in diagnosing and resolving problems (much of this can be easily obtained within IVM by visiting Support-Browser Check). This might include: 1. Browser (including version). 2. JAVA and/or Adobe Reader versions. 3. Operating System. 4. IP Address. 5. Firewall and/or Domain Settings (be sure that http://*.vehicledata.com and http://*.getauto.com are set to �Always Trust�. NOTE: new account setups take up to 7 business days.
