CodeBase Error # -20 and Error # 90602

This error points to the C:\AS\TITANIUM\COL2.cdx file when the rep tries to pull up a vehicle to print labels. It can also point to the C:\CARS\ASSMSIDs.cdx. Refer to the filename in the error message. The file is corrupted. NOTE: if the filename ends in .cdx, follow this procedure. If the filename ends in .dbf, ask for assistance. 1. Close Autostik. 2. Go to the Titanium folder inside the AS folder and delete the COL2.cdx or ASSMSID.cdx file in the CARS folder. 3. Relaunch Autostik. This will create a new COL2.cdx (or ASSMSID.cdx) file. 4. Have the rep try printing again.
