Changing a tablet's PIN

Tablets are required to have a PIN to unlock the screen. If a tablet has to be reassigned to a new employee and the Market Manager doesn't have the PIN, or if the tablet owner has forgotten their PIN, the procedure below will allow them to put in a new one. In Knox Manage, pull up the device. Go into Device Command. On the Device tab, select "Clear Screen Lock" It should take them into Settings where they can apply a new PIN.
