* BEFORE leaving the dealer or customer location, reps should be checking the C.A.R.Score App to verify if the inspection has been published or rejected. * If they are having an issue with the app or can't find the inspection listed, they can TEXT the QC team directly at 513-440-0815 and one of the QC team members can inform them of the inspection status. * Everyone's C.A.R.Score App should have the settings set to "Save Photos to Gallery". This way if there is an issue or upload problem, it gives us options to correct the issue and get the inspection completed without having to revisit the dealer.
