Canceling services for a dealership - update 5/3/16

1. Dealer requests to cancel a service or services should be sent to cancellations@drivedominion.com. 2. Market Managers can cancel services in QuickBase under Field Desktop then Lost Services. Market Managers can downgrade or change contracts by submitting a Change Contract in QuickBase under Contracts then New Contract by setting Contract Type Field to "Change Contract". 3.
