Can I specify what contact methods come up when a customer hits Reply on my CLP listings?
In the CLP portal, go to Settings and click the Craig's List box. Under 'Craigslist Settings' go to the "Maps & Extras" box. Under "Craigslist Reply Options", select the contact options you want your customers to see when they click the Reply button on the listings. The options are: Text Message Phone Call Email All 3 forms are tracked in the portal on the Leads page.
