Can Franchises do remote backups to our servers?

For Franchisees, there is a $7 per month (as of 6/24/15), per route charge. We keep the last 3 backups done by each route (no matter how old). This has to be set up, so requests from franchisees will need to be escalated. Once it is set up, the franchise owner is responsible for the charges incurred (# of reps doing backups) and will need to notify us if he wants to cancel or if certain rep's backups should be removed. Each rep can only access their own backup files.
