Black Book values not coming up in the VinMotion app.

The dealership has to have Black Book Mobile service ordered for this feature to show in the mobile app. (Note: dealers should contact their Market Managers to order the service.) If the service is active, compare the Device ID in the Black Book Mobile Settings page in IVM with the Device ID that shows on their mobile device at the bottom of the IVM logon page. They have to match AND the IVM Settings page has to include the dashes. (Note: if the dealer removed the app from the smart phone then re-added it, the device ID may have changed.) If the dealer is looking for all the Black Book values (wholesale, clean, rough, average, etc.) for a particular vehicle: after selecting Black Book for the vehicle, there is a button at the bottom of that page, called Book Values, which will enable them to view the different values.
