"Application Error [0] ASPIMPERSONATING=" when logging into VinMotion

So this is an expired login token that the browser is just "hanging" onto. Have the user go to https://vinmotion.vehicledata.com/Account/LogOff close ALL open browsers, then login again to see if that helped. If not, then go to the above url again to force logout, clear cookies, close all open browsers and try login again.
