Addendum not saving/not saving correctly

When Addendum Items are added to an Addendum, they have to be saved on the Edit Addendum Item page then again on the Edit Addendum page. If both saves aren't done, the changes won't stick. There is also a glitch with editing existing Addendum Items. It is best to delete the one that needs edited, add a new one with the correct information, then save and save again.
