A vehicle is showing as a black picture however you can see the overlay.

The problem is that they did not make the overlay transparent. The vehicle photo is most likely still under the overlay but the photos is being covered by the overlay since its not transparent. The rep will have to fix this and upload photos again with the overlay transparent.
