A rep is trying to print a VEL with Spanish options but the Spanish options are not printing.

After checking the dealer�s .lcf, the AutoStik printer settings and updating the rep�s software with no resolution, try deleting ASOptCross.Dbf and ASOptCross.Cdx from the CARS folder (while ASW is running) and then go to Tools/Update Software and select �Support Files for Autostik for Windows�. This should reload the deleted files. Also be aware that, if the rep is using multiple region support, the files mentioned need to be updated in all CARS folders. Try printing out the labels again.
