A rep is reporting that he is able to print all labels but a specific buyers guide for a specific dealer. They are getting an error 380 stating �.lcf is not a valid data file�

Check the dealer�s .lcf. This is typically the case when a label in the lcf has not been named. In Label Maker, go to Label and see if there is a label in the list that does not have a name. If there is, open that label and go to File -> Properties, add a Description name and save. Have the rep try to print again.
